Guarantee/Refunds/Returns


We guarantee our tapes and CDs to be free of defects and we are happy to replace any defective tapes/CDs. We do not replace products that have been misused or abused (e.g., tapes/CDs left exposed to the sun will melt) or damaged by faulty electronic devices/players.

Unfortunately, the nature of recorded audio programs in tape and CD format do not lend themselves to returns with refunds based upon one's preferences and tastes. So ordinarily, we do not make refunds or accept returns of our products that have been opened or used. We do our best to provide adequate descriptions of our products and expect our customers to choose the items that best fit their purposes.

But of course, special situations are examined on an individual basis and we welcome your email in that regard. And if you feel that a return is necessary and warranted, you may call our customer service number (520-886-1700) for a return authorization or replacement order. You will receive instructions to return the product with its original packaging and all printed product materials with a copy of your original invoice. We will refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
