Refunds and Returns
We guarantee our tapes and CDs to be free of defects and we are happy to replace any defective tapes/CDs upon notification. We try our best to provide adequate descriptions of our products and expect our customers to choose the items that best fit their purposes. And unfortunately, the nature of recorded audio programs in tape and CD formats do not lend themselves to returns with refunds based upon one's preferences and tastes after using the product.
