Directions to our offices:

We are located four tenths of a mile south of Sunrise Drive at Sabino Canyon National Park on Sabino Canyon Road. If you are at the intersection of Sunrise Drive and Sabino Canyon Rd, you are less than a half mile north of our offices. We are on the West side of the street and the building is clearly marked, "5215." There is also a sign near the street that says. "Sabino Canyon Executive Suites."

• From Campbell and Grant (U of A area):
  Take Grant east to Tanque Verde.
  Turn left on Tanque Verde (heading north) until Sabino Canyon Road.
  Turn left on Sabino Canyon Road (heading north).
  Cross Cloud Road and River Road.
  At the next stoplight a right-hand turn must be made in order to continue on Sabino Canyon Road.
  Continue driving north, passing Snyder Blvd.
  Approximately ½ mile north of Snyder Rd on the left side (west side) is an office complex, Sabino Executive Suites (5215 N. Sabino Canyon Road).
  
  
• From Phoenix/I-10:
  Take Ina Road exit, heading east. Ina Road follows across the top of the city, changing names to Skyline and then Sunrise.
  Cross major intersections Oracle, Campbell, Craycroft, and Kolb.
  Sunrise T-junctions at Sabino Canyon Road (about ½ hour from I-10).
  At this T-junction (3-way stop sign), turn right (heading south).
  4/10ths of a mile further, on the right side (west side) is an office complex, Sabino Executive Suites (5215 N. Sabino Canyon Road).

We see many people who have chemical sensitivities. Therefore, we kindly request our visitors to please do not use perfumes, aftershaves, body sprays, colognes, etc.

Visits with Dr. Steven Gurgevich, Ph.D., for mind-body medicine:

• Initial visit (1½ hours) $300
• Follow-up (1 hour) $200
• Follow-up (1/2 hour) $100

Visits with Joy Gurgevich, for behavioral nutrition:

• Initial visit ( 1 ½ hours) $125.00
• Follow-up (1 hour) $90.00
• Home visit (1 hour) $100.00

Information about Insurance:
We do not participate with any insurance plans or Medicare. You will receive a receipt that has all of the information you will need in order to submit your own insurance claim to your health plan.
However, a Medicare claim cannot be submitted for these visits.
